it is very important if not the most important what we eat.Also when we eat.But the biggest challenge is be be able to leave behind the tasty pleasures like sweets,pizza,pasta and so on.
A good workout done with regularity is perfect for our wellbeing,and also to get to obtain the body we want,but this goes hand in hand with the food we eat.And I am not talking here that we should go to powerfull diets ,but just to be able to know what cand cause us problems when consumed often and what can help us achieve our physical goals and maintain our health.
